Admit it, he was pretty cool. What did you learn? What did you think about what he said?

This one was interesting. The foam which blocked fire and heat was the coolest part. It was amazing to see that kind of technology built so soon and recent. I wish NASA built a spacecraft that would go on for miles and return safely with new information. More and new technology is yet to come.

Although the general subject of this presentation was very interesting, Mr. Ramos' routine was for a sligtly younger crowd. I already knew most of the space facts that he told us. I never thought about the heat resistant tiles and the fact that spacecrafts have left our galaxy. It was also very awing to think about the vast distances in space and the obstacles that distance creates when we want to travel to other planets. At the beginning of his lecture Mr. Ramos said that the U.S.A. was the first to launch anything into space, isn't that incorrect?

Dr. Ramos' presentation went over a wide review of astronomy learning from previous years of my education, but he still made a fun and entertaining presentation with his up-beat attitude and hands on activities. He discussed the main ideas about our solar system and the planets within it. Many new facts and ideas were interesting to learn about. He went into subjects relating to spacecrafts and the possible inventions to where those ideas could lead to. The ideas seemed endless and provoked my mind as to what I could think of as a new space invention.
